Had a wonderful stay at Heevan Retreat, Gulmarg. The location is excellent—very close to the Gondola, which makes sightseeing and activities super convenient. The rooms were comfortable, the property is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Special thanks to Javid (F&B Manager) who was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. He made sure everything was taken care of and really enhanced our experience with his warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gulmarg and looking for a comfortable stay with great service.

Had one of the most memorable stays at Heevan Retreat in Gulmarg. From the serene location and warm ambience to the seamless organisation across the property — everything felt thoughtfully curated and effortlessly comfortable. A special mention to Kuljeet Singh and Purushottam Singh from the security team, who truly went above and beyond with their attentiveness and support throughout - with anything & everything. Their kindness did not go unnoticed. Mr. Amran Nazir, the General Manager, also tried his bit in ensuring a smooth experience. If you’re heading to Gulmarg, this is a stay I’d highly recommend — hospitality at its finest.

Me and my wife visited this hotel during our birthday (which falls on the same day) and the hotel staff went above snd beyond to make us feel special. The rooms are warm, centrally heated, and beautifully designed with rustic wood accents that blend comfort with traditional charm. Large windows offer stunning views of the Affarvat Range, making it a joy to wake up here..

Despite the freezing temperature outside, the central heating made the hotel very comfortable from the inside. The rooms are well furnished and the wooden flooring helps in keeping the room warm. The restaurant has large windows overlooking the beautiful meadows. The food was nice and so was the service.

Amazing hospitality and food at Dilkusha restaurant. They really put up a good buffet. We were there for 1 nights and menu was exceptional. The staff brought warm food right to table especially the tandoori rotisserie. The bathrooms were clean and loved the service. Everyone was very attentive.
